SPECIALIST WITH ENGLISH

Baltic Control Bulgaria LTD international control organization, member of the Baltic Control Denmark group, leader in the field of control of goods, certification, and testing, is searching to hire on permanent employment contract for the main office in Sofia “specialist” in department fulfilment of orders for stock control, customer relations and business development.

Requirements:

- Higher education - privilege Agricultural University, University of Food Technologies, Economy University - International Relations, Commodity Science, Marketing and Logistics.

- Еxcellent command of the English language - written and spoken.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a company with inspection activities or in a commercial company - an advantage.

- Practical experience in properly conducting business correspondence in Bulgarian and English.

- Good computer literacy - MS Office.

- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.

- A quick learner and highly motivated to improve the quality of work.

- Practical and flexible character, and ability to work in a team.

- Training certificates for external or internal auditors of control bodies, laboratories, ISCC, etc. - an advantage.

Main activities and responsibilities:

- Preparation of orders for control of various types of goods during export/import; making offers; follow-up, coordination of all stages from the implementation of the relevant order to its finalization and issuance of final certificates.

- Current business correspondence in English and coordination with the other offices of the company in the country and abroad.

- Maintaining and updating a database related to the activity and correct archiving.

- Acquaintance with and follow-up of changes to European regulations and international standards related to the company's activities.
