German Customer Advisor
Tasks:
• Answer Inquiries;
• Resolve Issues;
• Update Information;
• Update documentation
• Ensure Satisfaction;
• Offer Guidance;
• Analyse issues ;
• Assess reports ;
• Provide Guidance
Requirements:
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
• Fluency in German, both written and verbal (С1)
• Working level of English (В2)
• Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
• Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 - 20:00 (8 hours in rotative shifts)
Workplace: on-site
Training: 1 month
Full-time and Part-time available
Salary: up to 48.600 BGN/ year
