Easy Consult is a Bulgarian consulting company specializing in human resources management, development, recruitment, and temporary employment services.

Due to a cooperation with a client of ours – a production company specializing in the development of designs and manufactures bearings, seals, and lubrication systems with several factories in Bulgaria, we are looking for an IT Operations Engineer for one of their manufacturing headquarters in Sopot, Bulgaria.

About the position:

Responsible for the factory’s complete IT/OT setup, including infrastructure, applications, and systems.

Active involvement in the development and execution of the factory’s roadmap and project portfolio.

Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

Ensure support flows are working and are known by the users.

Liaise with partners, vendors, and other IT personnel to ensure operational stability and availability.

Ensure service, maintenance, and problem-solving capabilities during production open hours to ensure disturbance-free operations.

Identify new opportunities and ideas, as well as continuously improve existing solutions and methodologies

Drive the execution of various assessments, ensuring that the right information is collected and that the quality is high

Manage the systems and network documentation and the upgrade of networks from a mix of legacy networks and field buses into modern OT/IT network infrastructure

Pro-active detection of risks and possible failures and handling of these to ensure system uptime

What does the digitalization team do?

• Enable the company environment for blue collars (Digi4All) and introduction of PC’s in operator environment;

• Implementation of Digital2Win/PaperEdge – MES transformation;

• Start preparation for Factory Value Chain implementation (part of the D2W suite);

• Utilize newly implemented shopfloor LAN infrastructure through machine connectivity & data analytics;

• Factory digitalization activities like the connection of utility systems for real-time visualization;

• Work on best practices for electricity and facility management;

• Evaluation of maintenance system (FTM, eMaint).
