Requirements:

Leadership Skills:

Proven experience leading a team of developers, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Ability to manage project timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Strong decision-making skills, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise:

Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

Comprehensive understanding of the mobile development life cycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Proficiency in the Flutter framework and Dart, with a track record of building cross-platform mobile applications.

In-depth knowledge of mobile application architecture for both Android and iOS platforms.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs, managing asynchronous operations, and handling data serialization.

Skilled in designing intuitive UIs and ensuring adherence to usability principles for optimal user experience.

Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.

Experience writing unit and integration tests, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in setting up CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes.

Expertise in performance optimization techniques and integrating third-party libraries and APIs.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to coach the team in Agile methodologies.

Experience in removing impediments and fostering a productive and efficient working environment.

Ability to collaborate closely with product owners to ensure the team delivers value in alignment with the business goals.

Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to mediate discussions and keep the team focused on goals.
